Plan for 2/3 workouts per week, each lasting 35-45 minutes. Additional time for challenges and community engagement is flexible.
No! We provide both home and gym workout versions. You choose what works best for you.
Home plans will be built around Dumbbells, Kettlebells and a Medicine Ball, if you have more equipment you could use the gym plan and merge it with the home workout programs.
The programs will be drip fed weekly so each week new plans are released through the members area, they will be Pdf programs with links live to out Video Tutorial library. The group format will give a members area for accountability, nutrition tips and Q&A style sessions. Once you sign up you will receive an email with log in creation and the app to download for easy access.
Our nutrition guidance can be adapted to various dietary needs and preferences. We focus on principles that work for everyone and give you educated advice and content to help you learn, the live Lifestyle and Nutrition seminar will give you the tools to educate yourself and create a better knowledge on your nutrition.
With individual medical advice around any needs you have we advise to make sure you follow your dieticians advice.
Absolutely! All workouts are achievable for a beginner using simple effective exercises with optional sets and reps so if you need a shorter workout you can. More advanced members can do more sets, longer warm ups and generally more activity to suit their level.
